Biography
EDUCATION:
Bachelor of Music and J.D.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU PLAYED WITH BHSO:
I played in high school, as an import player in college, and then for about a year after college (1999 season). Most recently, I started playing with BHSO in 2007.

WHY DID YOU CHOOSE YOUR INSTRUMENT:
I loved the sound of the bassoon the first time I heard it live. It was a woodwind quintet in Minnesota. I came home and begged my parents and band teacher (Gary Hansen, trumpet) to let me try it.

HOBBIES/LEISURE ACTIVITIES:
Music and just about anything outside in the beautiful Black Hills.
