  • Is parking available at the venue?

    Parking is available in nearby lots and street parking around the venue. We recommend arriving early to find convenient spots, especially on busy concert nights.

  • Are there accessibility accommodations?

    The venue is fully accessible with wheelchair seating, assistive listening devices, and accessible restrooms. Please contact us in advance to arrange any special accommodations.

  • Can I bring children to the concerts?

    School-aged children are welcome and encouraged. The symphony is a family friendly event.

  • What time should I arrive before the concert?

    We suggest arriving at least 30 minutes before the performance to allow time for parking, seating, and any pre-concert announcements.

  • Are food and drinks allowed inside the venue?

    Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Concessions are available inside the venue offering snacks and drinks for purchase.

  • Where can I purchase tickets?

    Tickets are available in the following ways:

    • visiting the box office (601 Columbus St., Rapid City) during business hours

  • What are the venue’s seating options?

    Our venue offers a variety of seating sections including orchestra, mezzanine, and balcony. Seating charts are available online to help you choose the best spot for your experience.

  • Are there any discounts available?

    Discounts are offered for students, seniors, and military. Please check our pricing page for more detail.

  • What is the refund or exchange policy?

    Tickets are generally non-refundable but may be exchanged for another concert date if requested at least 48 hours before the event. We also permit transfers or gifting of tickets to others. Contact our box office for assistance.
